I’m Michelle, a Nationally Registered Paramedic with more than 25 years of experience serving patients in emergency medicine.
Over the years, I’ve worked in hospital-based EMS, fire-based EMS, military emergency services, private ambulance systems, and within Internal and cardiovascular medicine. Those experiences have taught me that while medical knowledge is essential, the qualities that define exceptional paramedics are confidence, sound clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to lead when the pressure is on.
I earned an Associate of Science in Paramedicine and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology because I believe understanding people is just as important as understanding medicine. Currently completing my Masters in Health Psychology. Certified in Mindfulness and Self Disipline.
I created Pressure Proof because I saw a need that isn’t always addressed in paramedic school. New paramedics often graduate with strong clinical knowledge but still struggle with confidence, decision-making, leadership, and navigating the realities of the job.
My mission is to bridge that gap through mentorship, helping EMTs transition into calm, confident paramedics who think critically, communicate effectively, and lead with professionalism under pressure.
Pressure Proof isn’t about memorizing protocols. It’s about becoming the kind of paramedic others trust when every second counts.
